Tiny, give me some time with Spank Rock. It’s such a transient, trend-worthy sound at the moment. They remind me so much of Sexy Pants.
Me likey:
* CSS (yum! cute.)
* Cold War Kids (I’m a sucker for piano and angst. Reminds me of the PaperChase, friends of mine who I love)
* Love is All (go rock it gal! Always wanted to start a band like there where I could just be snotty and sing-song yell. Should have done it when I was 15. Great riff.)
** Prototypes! Hell yeah!
Me average:
Legends (a little too indie for moi)
Track 2 (kinda average. Hand claps a nice touch.)
Johnny Boy (didn’t do a lot for me)
Me no likey:
The Knife (too disco, dude.)
Thanks! I threw these on the iPod. Going to Maryhill State Park tonight after yoga, getting up UBER early to see the sunrise on the Stonehenge replica. Then Dechutes River hike, swimming, and winery on the way home. This is Portland! Viva la Portland!
World Destruction used to be one of my favorite tunes…Thanks for the trip down memory lane…well…I can remember MOST of it! ANYWHO!
Rock on, TINY!
