There seams to be alittle confusion about yesterday’s “skunk incident” so let me clear my throat.
1. Yes indeedleedoo a cop gunned down a skunk outside my window.
2. Yes the officer fired two shots
3. No I did not question why

Here’s how it went down. I’m working on my computer (Mac of course) when I here a pop outside and think nothing of it. Car backfiring or a firecracker I tell myself. I go back to work. 20 seconds later Bev’s comes scooting through the office declaring ” A cop is next door and shot something”. I’m like “Wha wha what!” I glanced out the window and the cop was standing over what could clearly be seen as a skunk. I’m tellin ya, right over the top of it. Then he draws his sidearm (I like that ) and finishes him off a with a second round. He was only 3-4 feet away from it. No gasmask, no nose holding, nada, zip. Then he gets in his car and drives away. The skunk sat out there on the lawn all day well into the evening when the homeowners came home. It’s probably still over there but it’s dark out so I can’t be sure.
