I picked up a copy of Final Fantasy X yesterday, you know a pre-played, and I got out into the parking lot and checked the bottom of the disk. I found a nice crack in it, but I was already late for a dinner date so I figured if this really effects game play I can return it…Today I got 10 minutes into it and the game locks up…Returned the game today and bought another copy from my buddies at EBGames…Don’t buy from GameStop in the University Mall, they suck!

Alright what else do we have, I took notice that GameStop nor EBGames seems to be carrying Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. So I am guessing they’re going to re-release it without the “Hot Coffee” code in it.

Alright, whoa, Bev actually posted! As mentioned in her post Mikey and I were running around like crazy people this afternoon looking for a dedicated host because of our run in with DailyCandy.com. After about 2 hours of contemplating and trying to figure things out, we just decided to leave things as is. I have a feeling everything is going to be fine, if not we’ve already contacted our current host and let them know what’s happening and they said they’d take care of us. I myself am pretty excited and as much as I would love to see the server crash from so many hits, I am sure the other 100 sites hosted on our server would love to kill us. Hopefully this will allow us to see how much load our server can take and what we need to look into buying come the time we go in-house or get a dedicated machine.

If I haven’t bored you to death with the geek talk, here’s some interesting piece of news, according to Anti-ipod.co.uk, August 6 is “International Anti-iPod Day”. The site even goes as far as to mention a few conspiracy theories to back himself up. Jeeez…what is the world coming too!?
